BREWERY GULCH INN WEDDING FEES
Site fees for our AAA 4-Diamond Inn begin at $2500. In addition all rooms (10) are to be booked for two nights at the prevailing rates. This arrangements gives your party the privacy of having the Inn all to yourselves in which to enjoy your family and friends.
The site fee includes the Inn's regular staffing of concierge, chef and kitchen assistants, innkeepers, and housekeepers. Extra staffing is available if needed. A full organic gourmet breakfast to order and early evening hors d'oeuvres accompanied by Mendocino wines are included for all guests staying at the Inn and can be arranged for additional guests.
Fresh flowers are an amenity in each room and on the dining room tables in the Great Room with its French doors opening out onto an ocean-view deck. Our concierge and innkeepers are available to help you plan activities for your guests in Mendocino's historical village and other fun on the coast, like horseback riding on the beach, canoeing up Big River, taking our gourmet backpack picnics on a hike to the Russian Gulch waterfalls, or making reservations at fine North Coast restaurants. In-room spa treatments and massages can be arranged for extra special pampering.
Food:
The Inn accommodates up to 35 wedding guests for a sit-down dinner and up to 50 for our signature hors d'oeuvres receptions. Our chef custom designs the menus with each client.
Vendors:
We recommend a wedding coordinator. Consultations are either available from the Inn or by Deborah Kanani from Mendocino Weddings Co. or Krystn Cosby-Fairl of Pacific Elegance. We will introduce you to top quality vendors to provide your photography, videography, wedding cake, music, officiator, flowers, and other special needs. We arrange a vendor meeting for you at your convenience and will discount rooms in advance of your wedding for your planning sessions.
