Cancellation Policy
We understand that circumstances beyond your control may require that you cancel your visit to Brewery Gulch Inn. As we are a small property, it is sometimes difficult for us to rebook a room on short notice. For that reason, we have the following policy regarding cancellations:
At the time of booking, a deposit equal to the first nights stay + tax is required to confirm your reservation.
For cancellations made 14 days or more prior to arrival, a service charge of $50.00 will be deducted from the guest's deposit and the balance will be refunded to the credit card on file.
With less than 14 days notice of cancellation before arrival, the guest will be responsible for any room nights that we are unable to re-rent.
Should you find that you become ill prior to departure, contact us directly. We will be happy to establish a prepaid account for you and place any cancellation penalties in it for your future use any time within the next year.
Cancellations policies for groups, special events or bookings during holiday periods may differ.
Brewery Gulch Inn STRONGLY advises guests to secure trip cancellation insurance to protect themselves against Acts of God or any other unanticipated circumstances. This coverage, offered by Allianz Global Assistance and others, can be found during the booking process on line.
