Brewery Gulch Inn is proud to introduce a new immersive chef’s table experience for our guests that takes the best of fresh and seasonal ingredients and presents it in a beautiful setting; a table for two in Mendocino where the fog gently rolls in off of the Pacific Ocean as it thunders against the high cliffs of the Northern California shoreline. Breathe in the sharp scent of eucalyptus and redwood as you enjoy this special four-course meal, paired with a prize-winning selection of choice champagne and wine and served by our award-winning executive chef Stephen Smith, who will personally attend you throughout the meal and guide you through your culinary journey.
Our chef’s table offering goes beyond just fine dining to give guests a chance to make an intimate connection with our executive chef Stephen, as he personally builds your meal with you through an intimate preliminary meeting during which he will talk to you about the various preparations of the meal, and discuss allergies, personal preferences, or culinary directions in which you would like to embark. Unlike other high cuisine menus, this one is catered to your tastes and needs. The meal itself will be the ultimate experience in intimate fine dining, as you will be our only guests and Chef Stephen will be your server; bringing every dish personally to explain its components, cooking process and more. Guests will walk away with a behind the scenes knowledge of their meal; from where ingredients were sourced to how it was prepared, and a connection to one of the most talented chefs in the region.
Availability is limited as we only offer one two-person tasting menu per evening in order to best serve our special guests as they embark on this culinary journey. This offer is only available for guests of Brewery Gulch Inn. Booking one month in advance is strongly advised.
